He has extensive experience in Criminal and Commercial laws. He has experienced of 20 years in Government Service. During his service, he was posted as District Judge and served in Kathmandu District Court too. He is involved in drafting and vetting of corporate transactional documents, legal opinions, conducting due diligence and advice on labour laws, foreign exchange regulations and other corporate legal issues. He has notably worked for clients in various sectors including infrastructure, education, construction and real estate.

He advises domestic as well as foreign clients on the laws and procedures for incorporating funds in Nepal and also guides the clients on the required governmental approvals from the various regulatory agencies in Nepal. He also acts as legal advisor to renowned corporate houses in Nepal.
He has expertise in areas of Criminal Law, Drugs and Anti-Money laundering Law Juvenile Justice, Criminal Defense (White-Collar Criminal Law), etc.

He appears before the Supreme Court of Nepal, Appellate Court, Special Court, District Courts, Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) and Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT). He has also represented many individual clients of position and status in the international arena.
