Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is important to us. Prime Law Associates (PLA) is directly involved in Legal aid which is regarded as access to justice by ensuring equality before the law, the right to counsel and the right to a fair trial.
Prime does not charge for its services but you may be required to pay certain court costs. The Firm’s Legal Aid Section is our service to society. We give legal advice and take legal action on a selective basis, at no fee. Preeminent amongst our clients in this section are widows for whom we handle probate matters, labor issues, domestic violence, child custody, consumer issues and those foreign national in Nepal who are failed to hire a lawyer.
We may provide brief service, such as making some telephone calls or writing letters on your behalf. We may represent you at a hearing or in court. How we handle your case depends on what it is you want, what it takes to solve your problem and the availability of Legal Aid staff.
If The Legal Aid Section of Prime cannot help you with your problem, we will refer you to an NGO/INGO providing facility of Legal Aid Lawyer that may be more suited to your needs
